Chiado, Bairro Alto & Príncipe Real Tuk TourIf you prefer to explore Lisbon's most chic and bohemian neighborhoods, this is the tour for you. Start in the Chiado area, where famous artists and writers used to frequent the cafés and bookshops. We couldn't miss the Brasileira café, as well as the Bertrand bookshop, the oldest bookshop in the world still open to the public. Chiado is also home to theatres (Trindade, São Luiz, São Carlos) and some of the best restaurants in the city, with two Michelin-starred restaurants (Alma and Belcanto). We continue our visit to the Carmo Convent, a symbol of the 1755 earthquake. We'll make a short stop to see the famous Santa Justa lift, avoiding the queues. We'll also pass by the famous Glória and Bica funiculars, not forgetting a stop at the São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint with its 180º view over Lisbon. We couldn't miss the Príncipe Real neighborhood with its galleries, alternative shops and restaurants and finally the famous Bairro Alto, synonymous with Lisbon's bohemian life with its bars, restaurants and fado houses.
